Revolution Doughnuts is looking for a bakery/pastry assistant to craft beautiful delicious, made-from-scratch doughnuts. SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND EXECUTES WITH CARE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. We make all our doughnuts fresh in-house from start to finish using high quality all-natural ingredients. 

Availability: up to 40 hours a week. Shifts typically start at 4am. Weekends and holiday weekend availability are required. Monthly staff meeting attendance is required.

Essential Skills/Requirements:

  1. Professional experience working in a commercial kitchen. Knowledge of food safety/sanitation. 

  2. Can read and execute recipes accurately, work efficiently and keep a tidy workspace (wash dishes, stock products, haul trash, mop floors, etc).

  3. Cooperate with, communicate with, resolve conflicts with, and show respect to guests, co-workers, and management.

  4. Interested in learning new skills, taking on new responsibilities, and improving performance.

  5. Proficient writing, reading, speaking english. 

  6. Reliable transportation - punctual and reliable. 

  7. Comfortable standing, bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs) during the entire duration of an eight hour shift. 

  8. Drug-free, drama-free.

  5. Professional experience working in a commercial restaurant/coffee shop/bakery. Knowledge of food safety/sanitation.  

  6. Reliable transportation - punctual and reliable. 

  7. Comfortable standing, bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs) during the entire duration of an eight hour shift. 

  8.  Drug-free, drama-free.
