CAN YOU PROVIDE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?

We take pride in having developed all our own recipes and are particular about choosing high quality ingredients in the production of our treats. As a small scale bakery serving ready-to-eat products, we are not required by the FDA to undertake the expense of developing nutritional information for our products. Our bakers and baristas are happy to answer basic questions about ingredients in our products so that folks with food allergies and dietary restrictions are able to select products that fit their particular needs.

WHAT DOES "VEGAN" Ⓥ MEAN?

“Vegan” means made without ingredients sourced from animals (dairy, meat, eggs, honey). Many of our doughnuts are vegan (about 85% of them) - however, we are not an exclusively vegan bakery and our treats may not be suitable for folks who, for ethical reasons, choose not to eat products which may have come in contact with animal products.  

To find our vegan treats, look for the ⓥ indicator on our menu board and case labels.

DO YOU USE SOY? PEANUTS? CORN? ARTIFICIAL COLORS?

While we do not use soy or peanuts in any of our base doughs, they are occasionally used in our glazes and fills. Therefore, we can not guarantee that our products are absolutely free of any of these ingredients. Most of our doughnuts contain small amounts of corn in the form of corn starch. While we offer some options for folks with dietary restrictions, we can not guarantee that our products are completely free of bacon, nuts, gluten, eggs, or other allergens as we use these products regularly in the kitchen. 

DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN FREE DOUGHNUTS?

We offer a baked cake doughnut made from almond/coconut flour which might be suitable for those following a gluten-free diet. This doughnut has been tested and certified to meet the FDA’s standard to be labeled “gluten free” (read the results here), however we can not guarantee that each doughnut is free of trace amounts of gluten as they are made in a facility where these ingredients are present.

CAN I ORDER CUSTOM DOUGHNUTS?

While we love hearing so many of your uniquely creative ideas, our focus is crafting original recipes using natural, high-quality ingredients. We’re happy to accommodate when we can but be advised that we often do not have the ingredients or production capabilities necessary to produce custom creations varying from what we regularly offer. 

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we sell gift cards at each of our brick-and-mortar locations as well as online e-gift cards which you can email to that special someone. Our gift cards can be used at each of our locations, including at farmers market booths and special events around town.

WILL YOU MAKE A DONATION?

We're excited to be able to support our local schools and community organizations. While we are unable to honor each and every request we receive, we would love to hear from you! Please contact us.

DO YOU DELIVER OR SHIP?

Yes, we offer short range delivery. If you place a pre-order through our website and you live in the delivery radius (5 miles) you can have our doughnuts delivered to your door! We use DoorDash drivers to courier our treats to you. Various other delivery services in-town offer our doughnuts on their website but we do not partner with these services and their unauthorized/unverified menus often do not reflect what we are currently offering.

DO YOU OFFER WI-FI?

No, we do not offer WiFI at either of our shops. While we’re all connected to the cloud these days, we hope to offer a space where people connect to each other, if only over a doughnut and coffee.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

While we’re always incredibly honored when folks reach out to offer our doughnuts in their own businesses, we are not positioned at this time to offer wholesale agreements. We are always willing to set up recurring pre-orders for you, if you would like to sell our doughnuts at a small upcharge premium.

DO YOU TAKE SAME-DAY PRE-ORDERS?

Yes. Click here to place your order online before 7 am the day of your pickup. Our pre-order system is closed during store hours so we can serve walk-up customers.
